Terroir Hunter - Chile

OtherJoin us as we discover Terroir from around the globe during our exclusive Terroir Hunter dinner series. Each dinner will feature a new destination where an expert from the region will guide you through the complexities of Terroir by ways of a tasting menu. We will begin the series with an evening dedicated to Chilean Terroir on August 10th, followed by Austrian Terroir on September 21st, concluding with South African Terroir on October 26th. Our first dinner will be Thursday, August 10th focusing on Chilean Terroir, hosted by Chile Brand Ambassador with Vine Connections, Elizabeth Butler. The dinner menu & wine pairing is $100.00++ per person and will feature: “Palta Rellena” Maryland Blue crab and Avocado Salad, Aji Amarillo Pedro Ximénez, Mayu , Elqui Valley, Chile Sauvignon Blanc, Amayna, Leyda Valley, Chile Chardonnay, Sol de Sol, Malleco Valley, Chile Smoked Rack of Lamb Eggplant Terrine, Peach and Tomato Jam Pinot Noir, Clos des Fous “Subsollum” Aconcagua/ Malleco Valley, Chile Carmenere/Carignan/Pais, J. Bouchon “Canto Sur” Maule Valley, Chile Cabernet Sauvignon, Aquitania “Lazuli” Maipo, Chile “Cuchuflí” Dulce de Leche, Chocolate Pais, J. Bouchon “Salvaje” Maule Valley, Chile You may join us for one, two, or all three dinners by making a reservation with Abbe Stern who can be reached at 215-790-2525 or astern@rittenhousehotel.com. When reserving all three dinners you will receive a complimentary brunch for one that can be redeemed on the Sunday of your choosing, so be sure to clear your calendar!
